Laura became an accidental landlord after inheriting her parents' California ranch home during the real estate crash of 2008. Since then, she's bought more properties to manage and focuses her writing on real estate and landlord issues. Laura is also a wife and mother of three grown children. When she isn't working, she's walking her dogs or playing tennis. Laura earned a degree in journalism from California State University and lives in Marietta, GA.
